What does AI automation cost?
A Workflow Audit is $600, fixed, and the fee comes off any build. Targeted Builds are $1,600 to $4,500, bigger Systems Builds run $4,500 to $20,000, and the Build Partner subscription is $2,500 to $5,500 a month. Care is from $750 a month. All prices exclude GST, and every build price is fixed in writing after the audit.
Do you charge by the hour?
Never hourly. You are buying a working outcome, not our time, and every price is agreed in writing before we start.
How long does an automation take to build?
A first targeted build is typically live in 2 to 3 weeks from the point we agree on what to solve. The audit that comes before it is a single session.
Why is the price only fixed after an audit?
A price made up before anyone has seen your systems is a guess. The audit looks at how your week actually runs, then every automation on your roadmap gets a fixed price you can hold us to. The audit fee comes off any build you go ahead with.
Is my data safe?
Your data stays private, keys are kept separate per client, and nothing is used to train anyone's models. A human reviews anything that touches your clients or your compliance before it goes out.
Do you work with my industry?
Any industry, any size. If your business runs on repeating jobs, chasing, typing, filing, following up, we can almost certainly take some of it off your plate.
What if automation is not worth it for my business?
Then we say so. Sometimes the honest answer is that a process is not worth automating, and there is no obligation either way.
What happens after I get in touch?
A short call or email exchange, then an honest assessment. You hear back within 24 hours, and the first conversation is free and not a pitch.
